Behind the scenes

Noin pari viikkoa sitten kävimme kuvaamassa ihanan Laura Karppasen kanssa asukuvia Helsingissä. Asut saimme Vestarium nimisestä liikkeestä, joka sijaitsee Galleria Esplanadissa.

// A couple weeks ago we had a photo shoot with Laura Karppanen in Helsinki. We got the outfits from a brand called Vestiarium.

Koko idea kuvaamisesta ja yhteistyöstä kuvaaja Lauran kanssa lähti Adidas x Elle juoksu tapahtumassa kesäkuun alussa. Laura oli kuvaamassa tapahtumaa ja bongasimme hänet sieltä.

Saimme lainata vaatteita Vestariumin liikkeestä, jossa lämminhenkinen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta auttoi meitä. Vaatteet ovat syysmallistoa 2017. Upeat värit, materiaalit ja kuosit sopivat niin arkeen kuin juhlaan.

Kaiken kruunasi meikki ja hiukset, jotka meille loihti Veera Rantanen. Veera kulki koko kuvauksen ajan mukana, korjailemassa hiuksia ja meikkiä sekä tsemppaamassa.

// The whole idea of this photo shoot and collaboration with Laura started at an event on the beginning of June. Laura was taking the pictures there and we decided to go and ask whether she would be interested in a photo shoot with us. We got to borrow the clothes from Vestiarium, where we got the most amazing and very helpful service. The clothes are from the fall collection of 2017. The clothes are an amazing quality and the design and colors are suitable for every occasion.

Our amazing makeup and hair was created by Veera Rantanen. She spent the whole day with us and fixed our makeup and hair when needed.

Kuvaus päivä oli pitkä, mutta antoisa, eikä naurua voinut vältellä. Kuvasimme telakalla, Hietalahden läheisyydessä. Päivä oli onneksi aurinkoinen ja sateelta vältyttiin.
